MrBayes system error!

February 20, 2015 - 8:32 am

Between Feb12 and Feb 18, there was a system issue on CIPRES, and all MrBayes jobs submitted during that time will produce no useful results. The issue has been fixed, but any jobs you started before the issue was fixed will produce no results. The system is now working correctly, but if you have MrBayes jobs that were launched in the affected time window, and are still running, you should take action. First, to save your time, immediately clone and resubmit any jobs that are affected. Then to save compute time at CIPRES, the original jobs that are not progressing should be deleted. If you aren't sure if your job is affected, please take a look at the intermediate results produced, using the link from the job status page. If your job is running and the stdout.txt file is just 155 - 157 bytes in size, or you see no .p and.t files, the job should be cloned, resubmitted, and deleted. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
