We have just made released a simple interface MrBayes 3.2.1, as well as (somewhat cumbersome) interface for restarts from checkpoint files. We did not include support for configuration of MrBayes 3.2.1 from the interface, but we can add that capability fairly quickly if we receive requests for it. Please let us know if you enounter any problems.
