Instructions for access to CIPRES software

The CIPRES Software is open source, and is meant to be a community effort.

The CIPRES software subversion repository here:
http://nladr-cvs.sdsc.edu/svn/CIPRES/cipresdev/.

The Treebase software subversion repository is at http://nladr-cvs.sdsc.edu/svn/CIPRES/treebase/.

You can view files in the repository with a browser or download them using subversion client software and the read-only guest account. Login "guest", password "guest".

People who want to install and run the cipres software can find the required tools and instructions on the web page: http://www.phylo.org/dev_snapshot/index.php

Developers who need a read/write account in order to commit changes to the software should talk to bugreport@phylo.org and we will make arrangements.
