The interface for RAxML was changed yesterday (August 19, 2014) to allow users to name their runs, instead of having the output files all be named “results.”
However, any job created before August 19, 2014 that is cloned and resubmitted without opening the parameter pane will throw the following message in stdout.txt:
Error: please specify a name for this run with -n
If you open the parameter pane, and then try to save and run the job, it will prevent you from submitting, and prompt for a value for this parameter.
If you don't change any paramters, but just clone and resubmit, you will see this failure.
Sorry I did not anticipate this issue, but I also feel the feature is a good one, despite the annoyance.
