BEAST2 REST

BEAST2 XSEDE REST interface: BEAST2_XSEDE

This interface is used from the REST API to convey a BEAUti file, which contains the data, and configures sets the BEAST parameters. There are only a few parameters that can be set in BEAST runs, as everything else is handled in the uploaded file.

The Tool ID for this interface is BEAST2_XSEDE. It is selected with tool=BEAST2_XSEDE

Supported parameters:

input.infile_ - Primary Input File

vparam.which_beast2_ - Excl - Which BEAST2 Version? (default=70, i.e. BEAST 2.7.3) also 63 (2.6.6) and 52 (2.5.2)
vparam.runtime_ - Float - Maximum Hours to Run (up to 168 hours) default=0.5
vparam.nu_patterns_ - Integer - How many patterns does your data have? (use # chars if you arent sure) no default.
vparam.is_partitioned_ - Switch - My data set is partitioned (default = 0). (deprecated)
vparam.nu_partitions_ - Integer - How many partitions does your data set have?
vparam.path_sampling_ - Switch - This is a Path Sampling analysis (default = 0)
vparam.snapp_analysis_ - Switch - This is a SNAPP analysis (default=0)
vparam.more_memory_ - Switch - I need more memory for a Path Sampling/SNAPP analysis
vparam.more_memory2_ - Swtich - I need more memory for DNA run that doesn't use Path Sampling/SNAPP

vparam.datatype_ - Switch - The matrix contains amino acids (default=0)
vparam.no_beagle_ - Switch - Do not use Beagle (default=0) deprecated.
vparam.spec_seed_ - Switch - Specify a seed for this run (by default a random seed is used) default=0
vparam.seed_val_ - Integer - Enter the seed value here. default=12345
vparam.overwrite_logs_ - Switch - Overwrite existing log files (default=0)
