Status Alert: Due to scheduled maintenance Dec 6 - Dec 8, jobs submitted to Trestles from the CIPRES Gateway will be held in the queue if their maximum run time will enter that time period. Sorry for any inconvenience
The CIPRES Science Gateway V. 3.3 is a public resource for inference of large phylogenetic trees. It is designed to provide all researchers with access to NSF XSEDE's large computational resources through a simple browser interface. Through a collaboration with Alexandros Stamatakis and Wayne Pfeiffer, we now offer the fastest hybrid versions of RAxML [pdf] and MrBayes [pdf] currently available, as well as RAxML-Light 1.0.9 (through our partnership with the iPlant collaborative).
High Performance Parallel Codes for Large Tree Inference and Sequence Alignment on XSEDE:
RAxML (7.6.6); MrBayes (3.1.2 and 3.2.2); GARLI (2.0); BEAST(1.7.5); MAFFT (7.058); PhyloBayes MPI (1.4f); DPPDIV (1.0)
